We want you and your dog to love your Glow Pup collar. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
How to request a refund
- Email us at pupglow05@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
- Once your request is approved, we'll refund 100% of the product price to your original payment method.
Refunds usually show up on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Returns
If we ask you to send an item back, we'll give you the return address. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first, because we can't process items sent to the wrong address.
